An Ode To Toronto - It's not news that Drake is ride or die for his Canadian city of Toronto (also forever known as the 6), so expect Views From The 6 to go heavy on Toronto's diverse sounds. "I spend my life trying to make waves for the city I am from," Drake wrote on Instagram.INDIO, CA - APRIL 12: Singer Drake performs at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival at The Empire Polo Club on April 12, 2015 in Indio, California. Fact: Drake Has The Best View Of The 6 - The album cover has Drake sitting on the observation terrace of the CN Tower in Toronto. The tower is 1,800 feet high. If Drake doesn't have the best view of the 6 (aka Toronto), we don't know who does. INDIO, CA - APRIL 12: Rapper Drake performs onstage during day 3 of the 2015 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival (Weekend 1) at the Empire Polo Club on April 12, 2015 in Indio, California. Beyoncé Is A Possible Feature - King Bey may have already stolen April 2016 with the release of Lemonade, but could she possibly steal the shine on Drake's album too? We do know they've recorded a song together. Their collaboration was leaked and Drake later released it on OVO Sound Radio. No word if "Can I" is making the final cut.INDIO, CA - APRIL 12: Rapper Drake performs onstage during day 3 of the 2015 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival (Weekend 1) at the Empire Polo Club on April 12, 2015 in Indio, California. More Than A Rap Album - Just based off the three singles that are currently out, you can't label Views From The 6 a "rap album." The dancehall influence is strong on "One Dance," and Drake has reportedly been inspired by UK grime. Grime pioneer DJ Logan Sama even has production credit on the single.INDIO, CA - APRIL 12: Rapper Drake performs onstage during day 3 of the 2015 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival (Weekend 1) at the Empire Polo Club on April 12, 2015 in Indio, California. Expect A West Coast Vibe - It may be Views From The 6, but Drake and producer Noah "40" Shebib were also on the West Coast working on the album during the winter months. According to 40, "It has to be a balance of both those locations for what it’s supposed to be."NEW YORK, NY - JUNE 05: Drake performs onstage during the 2015 Governors Ball Music Festival at Randall's Island on June 5, 2015 in New York City.
