Christen, a sophomore at the University of Redlands posted a video to Twitter over the weekend that ended up racking over 254,000 likes, 40,000 retweets, and over 1400 comments in just a few days’ time.
There’s a reason it went so massively viral—Christen captioned the video, “When he thinks he’s gonna have his girlfriend back home and his side hoe at college, but y’all find out about each other surprise!!!”

Christen—the girl featured smiling in the video—clarified that she is the “side hoe” at college, and the “girlfriend” from “back home” is Chelsea Bachinski, the girl behind the camera.
She also clarified to haters and critics sending her online vitriol (which, who even are you people?) for dating a “taken” guy that the man in the video “mentally abused and manipulated” her for five months, and that he lied constantly and consistently about not being in another relationship.
Bachinski—the girlfriend back at home—also tweeted the video with an update: “I was the girlfriend from this video that was behind the camera. This fool thought he could trick me (his girlfriend of two years)but instead, I surprised him with this cutie (girl in video) which was his ‘girlfriend’ at college. Truth always comes out.”
