Moana goosed $28.4 million out of a sleepy December weekend, good enough for first place for the second weekend in a row, notes the Hollywood Reporter. Disney's animated offering, which fell short of Frozen's record last week, now has $119.9 million domestically. Meanwhile, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them checked in at No. 2 with $18.5 million, while Arrival made $7.3 million for third, which edged out Allied's $7.1 million. Disney scored another hit in the top five, with Doctor Strange taking in $6.5 million. Incarnate fell well short of what the AP calls "modest expectations," reeling in $2.6 million.
