Kahn Design has been known to work with Land Rover vehicles, in most cases making them more luxurious or making them more powerful/capable. Their most recent Land Rover project was the Defender Flying Huntsman 6×6, a Defender that has 6 wheels and a powerful GM sourced V8 engine.
Personally I wasn’t a big fan of the 6×6 SUV, as I found it too awkward looking with its long nose. Now the British tuners have released a pickup truck version of that vehicle, called the Kahn Design Flying Huntsman 110 6×6 Defender Double Cab Pickup Truck. Now this vehicle looks more proportional and looks just about as cool as the Mercedes-Benz G63 6×6.
Unlike the SUV version of the Flying Huntsman 6×6, the pickup truck will be offered with a variety of engine choices, and the top of the line version will most likely be offered with the 6.2 liter LS3 V8 engine, which produces 430 horsepower. The vehicles will also be offered with a 6-speed manual or a pair of automatic transmissions, a 4-speed and a 6-speed.
The Kahn Design Flying Huntsman 110 6×6 Defender Double Cab Pickup Truck will have a pretty reasonable starting price of £99,875, which is about $151,500 US at today’s exchange rate.
