Jackie O's Childhood Summer Home Is on the Market for $38.995M

In the Hamptons, things might slow down in the off season—but the real estate world never stops. Fashion designer Reed Krakoff and his wife, decorator Delphine, are saying good-bye to Lasata, the 8,500-square-foot East Hampton home where Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis spent her summers as a child. Designed by architect Arthur C. Jackson in 1917, the residence is listed for $38.995 million with Susan Breitenbach of Corcoran Group Real Estate and Peter Turino of Brown Harris Stevens. (A four-acre parcel adjacent to the 7.2-acre spread can be purchased for an additional $14.995 million.)
