Couple Photographs Cat Staring At Their Food Every Day For A Year
He never misses a meal.
Every time we eat, our pets are on alert. Most of them try to be semi-sneaky about it ... except for one cat, who has absolutely no shame.
Every time Prince Caspian's owners sit down to eat, he's there - just watching and waiting.
His family thought it was so funny that they started taking pictures every time he did it - and now they have documented his attempts for all of 2015.
It doesn't matter what time of day it is ...
... or what's being served ...
... he is ALWAYS there ...
... just waiting.
From take-out ...
... to dinosaur chicken nuggets ...
... to even just a salad. He doesn't discriminate.
It's unclear if the patient cat is actually waiting to be fed, or if he's just playing a huge joke on everybody. Either way, he waits.
Sometimes he gets a little pushy ...
... and tests the limits of how close he can get ...
... especially for certain meals.
Mostly though, he keeps his distance ... even though he TOTALLY doesn't approve of texting at the table.
Even when there's company ...
... even when there's only wine ...
... and even through the holidays ...
... he'll never give up fighting for what should be his.
Because of this cat's quirky habit, his family now has photographic proof of all the meals they ate in 2015 ...
... and also, proof of just how patient their not-so-subtle cat really is.
Until every last plate is completely clean, he will wait. And maybe, someday, he'll actually snag some food, too.
