Aston Martin Reveals Name of New Hypercar In This Electric New Video

Meet the Valkyrie.

Aston Martin’s upcoming hypercar, previously known only by its AM-RB 001 designation, will be called the Valkyrie, according to a new video from the legendary British sports car maker.

The $3 million V12-powered fantasy will be as fast as a Formula One car when it debuts late next year, Aston pledges. For now, all we have is this video and a few photos, but at least an official name is a step closer to reality. 

The Valkyrie is being developed in cooperation with the Red Bull F1 team and its head designer Adrian Newey with the promise of bringing true Formula One technology to the street.
