"Take a Break" isn't just a song in Hamilton; it's also excellent advice for anyone—including celebrities!—who need to take a minute in order to focus on their mental or physical health. We live in a culture of "Do more, be more, give more," and while working hard to achieve your dreams is certainly admirable, it's never a good idea to run yourself ragged in the process. Take a cue from these seven celebrities who recognized they needed to spend some time caring for their health and were much better for it.

Anyone would be tired keeping up with Millie Bobby Brown's busy schedule of appearances and shooting projects like Stranger Things season 2, but Brown is only 13. She canceled an appearance this week, saying in an Instagram video that "I've worked too hard, and I have to rest," which is totally fair. Please rest up, girl! Go be a kid!

The pop star and actress, who is attending events again, still keeps a somewhat low profile. She called getting help "the hardest thing I've done, but it was the best thing I've done."

In 2016 Lena Dunham took time off from promoting the final season of Girls to recuperate after issues related to her endometriosis. She posted on Facebook that "I am currently going through a rough patch with the illness and my body (along with my amazing doctors) let me know, in no uncertain terms, that it's time to rest." Approximately one in 10 women suffers from endometriosis, though the disease is commonly misdiagnosed.

As she revealed in Glamour's April issue, Chrissy Teigen is dealing with postpartum depression after giving birth to her daughter, Luna. One of her symptoms was a lack of energy, which caused her to need to postpone her second cookbook. And even though she's still dealing with symptoms, getting help has caused a huge shift. "I’m over a month into taking my antidepressant, and I just got the name of a therapist who I am planning to start seeing," wrote Teigen.
