Design experts Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent just unloaded their beautiful LA mansion just three months after putting it on the market. Originally listed for $13.795 million, the Mediterranean-style abode sold for $11.35 million, so it was still a highly successful flip since the renovation gurus picked it up for about $8 million in 2016.Working their magic on the 8,477-square-foot house, Berkus and Brent brought contemporary flair to the 1928-built Italianate residence by filling it with neutral furnishings and eclectic décor. It looks comfortable, yet chic, and it’s easy to imagine entertaining guests for all sorts of occasions. The light-filled living room and elegant dining room are perfect for glitzy dinner parties, and the new owner can always host a cocktail hour in style outside. Luxurious lounge areas surround a massive pool, so indoor/outdoor living and entertaining will be divine.Since there are six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two half baths, space will hardly be an issue here. Perhaps that’s why the dynamic duo, who also happen to be married, picked this sumptuous spot to revamp for a profit.Brent Watson of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage had the newly renovated listing. Variety first reported the mansion found a buyer.
