Katy Perry Hints At Touring Next Year
Apparently Katy Perry is closer than ever to kicking off a new era. Early this morning (September 18) she hopped onto Twitter to give a career update to both fans and trolls alike. To one user who said, “Rise flopped and your career is over,” the pop superstar replied, “see you at my show 2K17.” Read: She is most likely touring next year.
Lately Katy has been recording her fifth album, which could be out later this year, according to her manager Steven Jensen. In an interview with Mashable last month, though, Katy made it seem like the record was still in its infancy. “It’s too soon to define it,” she said of its sound. I want to let the music define itself when it comes out.”
