A gooey skillet brownie topped with scoops of vanilla ice cream and drizzled with melted peanut butter and rich chocolate syrup– what could be better?

I made this recipe for the family and it was a hit. I drizzled some caramel on the cookie as well. I also loved the fact that you could mix it right in the skillet, that was the best part.
That is 2 and 1/4 times larger so 2 and 1/4 teaspoons of vanilla, for example. You would have an area of 113 inches instead of 50 and 1/4 inches. Doubling the recipe should work with a little less cooking time.
this is not a review but a question. I am wanting to make a larger portion but don't know how to increase the ratios. if i want to use a pan that is 12" diameter, would I increase by 50% on all ingredients? has anybody tried this cause I don't want to mess up my son's birthday dessert.
